What you may use this for
Everything on this site is free to use, for personal and commercialpurposes, with no account, no usage cap and no attribution required. Run a classroom draw, pick a giveaway winner for your business, use it on a livestream, use it at work. You do not need our permission and you do not owe us a credit.
Results belong to you. We claim no rights over the lists you type or the outcomes you get, and since neither ever reaches us, we could not claim them anyway.
What you may not use it for
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to break, overload or republish it as your own service. Scraping the pages to spin up a clone is not what "free" is for.
No warranty, and one case where that matters
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We have taken the randomness seriously — the draw uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator with the modulo bias removed, and that is verified by a statistical test before each release — but a free web page is not an audited system of record.
So: for a classroom, a raffle at a party, a team draw or deciding dinner, this is entirely suitable. For a draw with legal, regulatory or significant financial consequences, use a process that produces an auditable record with a named operator. This page keeps no log of what it drew, which is a privacy feature and is exactly the wrong property for a prize draw someone might later dispute.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including any decision taken on the strength of a spin. The wheel picks a slice; what you do about it is yours.
Availability and changes
We may change, move or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
